Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Statement:
• Daily schedule and assign jobs to Engineers and subcontractors in order to meet the customer requirements for contracts, repairs, emergency calls, warranties

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Process new orders in well-timed manner
• Raise purchase orders for material and subcontractors
• Answer phone calls from Customer to solve emergency cases
• Invoice Customers as soon as a job has been completed and close relevant Service requests.
• Be responsible for van stocks inventory

Required experience:
At least 2 year of professional experience in commercial area (would be an advantage)

Technical / Functional skills:
PC literacy (excellent knowledge of Microsoft office required)
Preferred knowledge of ERP system ((JDE/Oracle)/As400 system

Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
Very strong customer oriented thinking
Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
Organization skills, quick orientation in problems, good time management
Excellent problem solver and stress resistant
