Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is for maternity leave replacement. 

Contracts Administrator is responsible for the administration and processing of all incoming new and existing service contracts. Provides support for coordinators, sales representatives and customers and processes requests for data change.
- Ensure all coversheets are received and actioned appropriately and within agreed service levels
- Active cooperation with sales representatives from selected regions and other departments
- Communicate with customers in order to get answers and provide the best possible support
- Load new contracts to Oracle with correct information for invoices purpose (new and existing contracts)
- Expire the contracts according to request of credit department
- Active participation on contract renewal process
- Work in accordance with ITC regulations
- Work also on tasks that the command superiors ask for
