Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Prepare, check and release bills of material and detailed drawings of parts, assemblies and schematics from sketches and verbal direction.
Generate, check and prepare for release, drawings and bills of material.
Operate workstation using optimized routine to create layout, detail and/or assembly drawings.
Communicate engineering details using a product data management system under revision level control.
Design models may be generated to form a base for new product documentation.
Design records and progress reports are maintained.
May provide help to Junior Designers.
Performs other related duties as assigned
