Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- You will be responsible for running a team of about 10 customer engineers located in selected region/ countries
- Processing new orders in ERP system in well-timed manner
- Scheduling service requests, maximizing efficiency, productivity and product knowledge of customer engineers
- Raising purchase orders for material and subcontractors following company policies
- Answering phone calls from customers to solve emergency cases
- Ensuring that efficiency, productivity and overtime targets are met and workload is fairly distributed
- Responsibility for van stocks inventory
- Ensuring all engineers and subcontractors debriefing information are properly collected in order to have clear invoicing and inventory management
Assuring liaisons with the accounting department in connection with invoicing procedures and with service sales team for dispatch to the customers
- Daily communication in Spanish language
