Brief characteristic:
Responsibility for complete sales process of spare parts and service to customers and contributing to sales goals.

Job description:
- Daily communication with the existing and new business customers in Germany (no acquisition)
- Preparation of quotations for spare parts and service
- Identification of the spares parts
- Active follow up on open quotations
- Negotiation with customers
- Addressing customer complaints and problems
- Cooperation with other departments (logistic, dispatchers, salespersons, technical support etc)
- Contribution to sales goals

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required education:
- Secondary with school-leaving examination / Bc. / Mgr.

Required experience:
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in sales

Language skills:
- German - expert (interpreting) and English - advanced
Other skills, abilities:
- Responsible and initiative person, able to handle parallel activities and projects

Personality requirements:
- The capability of prioritization and escalation of operations, systematic, communication skills, flexibility, independence, strong customer orientation, proactivity
- High degree of autonomy and focus on achieving the objectives
