Brief characteristic:
Responsibility for complete sales process of spare parts and service to customers and contributing to sales goals.

Job description:
  • Daily communication with the existing and new business customers in Germany (no acquisition)
  • Preparation of quotations for spare parts and service
  • Identification of the spares parts
  • Active follow up on open quotations
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Addressing customer complaints and problems
  • Cooperation with other departments (logistic, dispatchers, salespersons, technical support etc)
  • Contribution to sales goals

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required education:
  • Secondary with school-leaving examination / Bc. / Mgr.

Required experience:
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in sales

Language skills:
  • German - expert (interpreting) and English - advanced
Other skills, abilities:
  • Responsible and initiative person, able to handle parallel activities and projects

Personality requirements:
  • The capability of prioritization and escalation of operations, systematic, communication skills, flexibility, independence, strong customer orientation, proactivity
  • High degree of autonomy and focus on achieving the objectives
