Job description, responsibilities and duties
The position is temporary to replace an employee on maternity/parental leave.
Incumbent manages the use and upkeep of the fleet of Government-owned vehicles at post. Oversees the management of personal property. Acts as Administrator/Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for post's fuel contract, tire change and storage, taxi, limousine, and moving services Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Serves as a backup for supply and receiving clerks.

Completion of secondary school is required.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years in property/logistics management or related field.
LANGUAGE:
English – Level III (Good working knowledge) is required.
Slovak – Level IV (Fluent) is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be organized and motivated. Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills and be able to communicate with a broad range of customers.
