Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations (Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping).
• Administrative support.
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
• Manage relationships with vendors, building administrator and landlord, ensuring that all processes are done on time. Items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Travel Arrangements. Booking transport and accommodation.
• Executive assistant - CEO & CTO (ad hoc tasks).
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Continuation of an ongoing office refurbishment project with tight upcoming deadlines.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• The position is suitable for a graduate, ideally with previous and relevant working experience.
• Fluent English required – oral and written.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, self-driven person with the ability to multitask.
• Big advantage is previous experience in a startup environment (but not necessary).
