Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support all fucntions with mapping processes and writing procedure.
• Managing document numbering and naming convention
• Conduct analysis and propose process improvements
• Conduct monthly program audits and monitor program data stored in enterProj
• Prepare agenda and meeting minutes from Executive Program Review meetings
• Support and run program deep dive review meetings
• Support procedure audits: KPI effectiveness and efficiency gap analysis and tracking improvement

Personality requirements and skills
• Bachelor or Master degree – economy or engineering
• Practical knowledge and experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems) is and advantage,
• 3-5years of experiecne in automotive industry (practical knowledge about APQP) is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to operate it at senior levels within company
• Strong focus on result delivering
• Ability to work in international environment and with global teams
• English-communicative level as minimum
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office (especially word and excell, viso as an advantage)
• Practical knowledge and experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems) is and advantage,
