Job description, responsibilities and duties

• responsibility for managing a global team and computational results for CAE simulations in complying with adequate quality, deadlines and planned resources
• ensure the completeness and accuracy of calculations and simulations
• ensuring time management
• management of internal and external computing and development projects, monitoring risks and ensure complete reporting on a global scale
• close cooperation with various internal departments, creating and maintaining customer relationships on a global scale
• responsibility for implementing various parts of computational and simulation projects and for communicating with internal and external clients globally
• management and improvement of internal simulation and computational processes and procedures within the computational team on a global scale
• budgeting in the development of computational methods and simulation development programs

• very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills (global role)
• experience with calculation, simulation methods CAE advantage
• ability to improve simulation processes and correlations between the simulation and the actual testing of samples
• the ability to plan and lead a global team to computational analysis of simulations
results as a basis for design improvements while meeting deadlines, quality and cost requirements
• ability to work with the technical specifications
• fluent English
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• strong presentation and negotiation skills
• driving licence
