In this job, you are responsible for the housekeeping team! SUPERVISOR FUNCTION.
Are you that housekeeping professional who ensures that all our rooms and apartments are spotless every day, do you always get everything super done, even when your tod- list seems to be endless? That is beautiful! After this difficult and endless corona lockdown, we all desperately need you to join our housekeeping supersquad!
What are you going to do? We offer you a great and dynamic position in the workplace, where you, together with your colleagues, make the difference! You ensure that the rooms and apartments are cleaned to a perfect quality level. You are known for your good efforts, so that we can be sure that the quality level of the Van Heeckeren Group remains perfect. Everything clean, everybody happy! It may not be a position of the highest glamour reputation, but without super clean rooms, no satisfied guests! As a housekeeper you can gain great experience, while you have an unforgettable and ultimate working holiday on Ameland!

With the Van Heeckeren Hotel and Van Heeckeren Apartments we currently already have about 140 beds that we rent out for tourists. But we are also working on several expansions and it will not be long before we are over 200 beds.
Also, we have staff houses that need regular cleaning.

Your profile? Is it your dream to work in a boutique hotel? Then a starting position as housekeeper is a good option, and we would like to teach you on-the-job and you will show us that you can handle this position! That perfectionist, enthusiastic, collegial and stress-resistant head on your shoulders and that 'come on guys, just step up a gear!' Approach of you together with a 'hands-on' mentality is why we want you so much and your colleagues with you will walk away. You must have a driver's license, and speak English very well because we will deploy you at different locations, and we do not speak Slovak (some of your colleagues will!)
