Finance Manager

• Part of the management VDE Slovakia together with the local manager
• Jointly responsible for the entire operation
• Coordinate the administration of our office in Slovakia
• As part of the management team within VDE Slovakia, you are important for the growth of the organization. Essential for this growth is digitalization and managing the business risks. Initiating and implementing digitalization solutions related to process optimization is an essential part of the job.
• You are an indispensable link to manage the financial performance of our various projects and make adjustments where necessary. You will oversee whether the targeted KPIs and objectives are being met and where adjustments may need to be made.
• You are responsible for reliable administration of financial figures in a project administration
• You prepare financial reports, such as the period figures to the Holding in the Netherlands and prepare the local annual report
• You provide the auditor with complete information about the audit and local tax issues
• You actively contribute to the improvement of the financial business processes (AO), monitor the execution (IC) and act as a supervisor
• You timely identify deviations and make proposals to control them
• In addition, there are many opportunities in optimizations, so you have a direct impact on business operations. Through your insight and creating support, you ensure that the organization operates more efficiently
• You are the financial conscience of the organization and sparring partner of the general manager
