Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks and responsibilities
· Designing installation parts such as bins, hoppers, silos, steel construction parts and piping and support.
· Designing piping for steam, pneumatics and liquids in accordance with input/output specifications.
· Detailing customer specific transport equipment such as chain conveyors and screw conveyors using specifications provided.
· Setting up technical specifications for Purchasing.
· Checking and implementing customer specific specifications and drawings from third parties.
· Supporting the R&D department with designing and detailing.
· Setting up, maintaining and managing standards.
· Setting up, maintaining and managing libraries of 2D AutoCAD blocks, 2D shape drawings and 3D Project Engineering blocks.
· Responsible for static Main Product Groups (bins, hoppers, piping).
Profile of the suitable candidate
· HTS-WTB or equivalent work and thinking level demonstrably obtained through experience.
· Being able to think creatively in technical detailed solutions.
· Several years of experience as a Detail Engineer is an advantage.
· Knowledge of the English language.
· Familiarity with AutoCAD, Solid Works and preferably a production operating system.
· Able to work in a structured, systematic and accurate manner with a high degree of independence.
· Motivated and flexible work attitude.
