Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team. Your responsibility will be:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address business specific challenges and opportunities, such as use-cases/solutions for machine /system qualification in compliance with cGMP standards;
• Evaluate commercial and open source approaches in Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Analytics;
• Communicate technical concepts, methodologies, and results clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members;
• Responsible for integrating the cognitive science/AI-related projects across the company;
• Participates as a technical subject matter expert and/or project lead;
• Document projects including business objective, data gathering and processing, leading approaches, final algorithms;
• Participating in full lifecycle implementation of modern data platforms from requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design and development till testing, and deployment of new ideas and concepts;
• Provide leadership, guidance and insights to non-technical stakeholders or R&D team on the implications and potential applications of AI technologies;
• Following multiple approaches on projects by adapting existing assets, exploring 3rd party and open source solutions and engaging in fundamental research.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making;
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and machine learning;
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch), and their applications;
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn;
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision;
• Practical experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world scenarios, ideally in technical oriented companies;
• Previous projects or work experience demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems using AI/ML techniques;
• Familiarity with software development processes, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies;
• Experienced with vector databases, LLMs, cloud-based solutions;
• Experience with application software interoperability implementation, validation, verification.
