System architect

We are looking for an automotive SYSTEM ARCHITECT, who will play a key role in the development process from the very beginning (concept definition) to the end of the project (validation, serial production, presenting to the customer). We need a specialist with overall knowledge of the whole system - HW, SW, mechanics etc.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

* Definition of essential characteristics of future systems
* Analysis of the system requirements (internal and external) regarding technical realization
* Decomposition of the system and the system functions into subsystems and components    
* Cooperation with the different R&D functions (SW, HW, application), mentoring of colleagues
* Verification of the system functionality, solving complex technical problems
* Synchronization of system architecture concept with other Valeo sites

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Cybernetics or equivalent
* Experience in development (automotive)
* Knowledge of requirements management tool (DOORS), change- & configuration-management tool
* Knowledge of modeling (UML, SysML, Enterprise Architect)
* Good level of English to communicate within international teams
* Decision taking, ability to recognize weak points and risks, relations and dependencies
