Job description, responsibilities and duties
• In your role you will handle management of a group of incoming quality engineers and quality technicians in order to meet the quality standards.
• You will provide management and organization of monitoring and tracking of quality indicators within the entrusted processes (plant and central KPI management, supplier quality performance).
• You participate in management, implementation and organization of the complaint process towards suppliers (8D method, root cause identification, actions definition and effectiveness check).
• You will be also responsible for management of sorting activities and non conforming parts & management of supplier audits in cooperation with central SQA organization.

• You hold university I. or II. degree - technical direction.
• You have knowledge of system ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3 & knowledge of 8D methodology / problem solving.
• You have English language skills actively in written and spoken form - level B2 & practice at least 5 years in direction of supplier quality.
• You can rely on your deep knowledge work with PC (package MS OFFICE) & you have SAP knowledge by advantage.
• Your strenghts include communication skills, leadership, goal oriented and technical oriented person.
