Job description, responsibilities and duties
We would like to expand our Finance team and we are looking for a student currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field who will be responsible for assisting the senior accountant with day-to-day accounting tasks. Company growth brings many challenges and we are looking for an individual with the willingness to explore and learn new things, solve a variety of problems, and the ability to stay organized and keep track of tasks.
What you’ll do:
● Processing financial transactions using accounting software
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
● Assistance with bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
● Preparing and submitting invoices to clients
● Completing data for monthly billing
● Preparing invoices for clients
● Active communication with clients
● Providing administrative support
