Accounting and Tax Talent

Are you brave enough to venture into unknown tax territories? Are you eager to understand tax regimes and accounting specifics of different countries? Do you think you are able to manage a portfolio of companies in various countries such as Hungary, Czech republic, Slovakia and even Hong Kong?

In your new position, you will:
- Work under our CFO and work closely with the finance team members, legal department, external accountants and external tax advisors.
- Setting up the company tax modelling processes, tax planning for the whole Vacuum group.
- Providing internal consulting in regards to tax regulations for the management and individual Spinoffs with different business models.
- Make sure statutory accounting and intercompany settlements are in line with our internal rules and legislation of individual countries.
- Helping with corporate structure changes, understand risks, tax implications and all other possible impacts of any change.
