What you'll do:
1. Support for our recruitment process
- Direct communication with our candidates for different roles, including the initial screenings, reviewing if they meet our requirements, introduction to our company
- Testing of candidates according to the criteria, and evaluation of the results
- Managing the process with our line managers

2. Supporting our HR administrative processes
- Creating new accounts or closing the old ones
- Contract management - generating the contracts and agreements, signing and archiving
- Managing of internal HR databases
- Preparing basic reports and statistics

3. Supporting our happiness team
- Help with internal events such as regular beers (after the pandemic, of course), or various one-time activities
