Your Role
Job Purpose:
Upfield has an ambition to drive a new level of excellence in our collaboration with Customers, in order to strengthen our vision of a plant-based future. For this purpose, we will hire a new sales team member, reporting to Key Account manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Executive support for Key Account Managers Modern Trade
- Administrative preparation of listing data, promotional data incl. following adjustments
- Preparation for invoices, credit notes, promo discounts
- Working with internal databases (mainly in Excel form)
- Ad-hoc problems solving (mainly administrative and executive)
- Daily communication with marketing department, supply chain department
- Communication with customers
- Working with customers support systems/databases
- Work under the pressure, ready for changes, with time stress
