Job description, responsibilities and duties
Key responsibilities
Act on Teams Voice issues and contacts customers to understand issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.
Creates technical articles or knowledge base (e.g., edits or creates news/knowledge-base articles) that is internal or customer facing for better customer understand.
Performs product troubleshooting and remediation when needed.
Supports Incident teams to drive incident resolution for configuration or other service deficiencies impacting customers.
Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups including support engineering groups, project groups, services team as needed to resolve complex customer issues.

As a Teams Voice Analyst you will support planning, designing, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot an integrated communications solution at an Enterprize level organization. You should be able to understand technical architecture and designs for communication solutions.
You will be familiar with telecommunication technologies and have experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell. You must be able to support the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Teams Calling Plans as well as configure Teams-certified devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration.
Key requirements
Preferred Microsoft Technology Certifications such as MS-740, MS-700 and MS-721
Preferred knowledge of networking, VoIP, experience with underlying technologies such as: Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP or VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies.
Education/ Qualifications
1+ year’s voice/VOIP technical support
1+ year’s technical support in Teams Voice
Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Exchange Server
Knowledge of Office 365 technologies – particularly, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
Experience in Office 365 Authentication and voice offerings
