Job Summary

Working within the strategic framework set-out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations, the CRM Application Administrator will play a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintening, upgradingand confifuring the platform,

  • Managing the onboarding, support, training and offboarding of application users,

  • Monitors and create report for various aspect of the platform  such as usage, security and performance,

  • Manage and run data queries,

  • Attending to Agile Ceremonies,

  • Participate in testing and evaluating new programs, 

  • Working closely with other members of the cross funtional team, 

  • Determining operational practicality

  • Maintaining application documentation.

Skills & Experiences required.

  • Must have done Admin work related to configuration of below. 

  • Security roles

  • Setting up CRM instances

  • Managing audit logs

  • Monitor capacity

  • Investigate slow running plugins or workflows

  • Backup and restore CRM databases

  • Must be able to setup and configure CRM Apps from scratch including setting up languages, email templates, outlook configuration.

  • Must be able to install a solution into CRM system and also perform solution checks.

  • Ability to understand how Microsoft licenses work.
  • Understand CRM data verse architecture. 
  • Experienced with PowerAutomate platform and creating automation processes​
  • Hands-on experience working on highly customized Dynamics365 CE platform in a development and/or administrator capacity

  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology and principles by regularly learning it 

  • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

  • Graduate degree in computers or business discipline 

  • Consultative approach with blend of pragmatism and assertiveness, 

  • Fluency in English,
