About the role:

The role is being hired to strengthen the current validation team due to an increasing number of new projects at the Michalovce facility.

The position is intended to cover the validation of manufacturing processes within production units, ensuring that activities are performed according to predefined project timelines and in compliance with SOPs and standards. Process validation is a series of activities that demonstrate the process is capable of consistently producing quality products.

This is one of the key positions for enabling the first production runs and ensuring products of good quality.

Your key duties and responsibilities as an Engineer - Validation:

This is a local role, and the holder of this position is responsible for:

• Understanding the process and its risks in order to outline appropriate validation steps.
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure a smooth validation process.
• Re-validating processes according to the time plan.
• Reviewing all procedures necessary for validation activities.
• Writing validation documentation using existing templates.
• Updating and creating machine cards.
• Supporting process failure investigations as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Applying basic statistics to process data, if necessary.
• Providing regular updates to the relevant manager and project leader.

• Quarterly bonus after the trial period - max. 10% from the monthly salary of the employee (based on the results of the production plant).
