About the role:
You will be responsible for the management of the Quality Training Process at Michalovce site and support the Global Quality Training Team.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Quality Training Leader:
• Support of Global QA Training Projects and implementation of the process locally.
• Contact person at Michalovce site for all QA training activities.
• Support of the leaders with Global QA Training Page.
• Support curriculum process – new or revise.
• Training Determination Process for Michalovce site.
• Regular update of Process Matrix for Training / D2 curricula naming.
• Training KPI review in LMS ComplianceWire.
• Management of yearly retraining of Quality / Hygiene / GDP / GMP / MDSAP.
• Ownership of Training Procedure for Production.
• Support with LMS ComplianceWire.
• To be the SME (Subject Matter Expert).
