About the role:
As part of the Operations function, oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key, operations projects in accordance with agreed upon deliverables, timings and budgets.
Candidate will bring a technical knowledge of project management skills, techniques and processes. Uses knowledge, data and experiences to evaluate solutions and provide recommendations.
Ability to partner, form and lead teams with cross-functional groups ensuring common team objectives, goals and milestones are met.
Candidate must be able to work with other Project Managers, both internally across functions and externally.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company using a variety of formats, presentations, emails, leading meetings, face to face, etc.
Must be able to navigate internal processes and overcome barriers to effectively implement new materials or processes. Will manage multiple projects and various stages and levels of complexity and demonstrate ability to prioritize per business needs.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Project Manager:
• Plans and manages Operational projects across Production sites and global company facilities
• Create detailed work plans for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project
• Determine the resources (time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required to complete the project and resolve resource conflicts
• Develop schedules for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review project schedules with senior management and project team members; revise schedules/plan as required
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which projects will be evaluated at completion
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
• Understands and ensures teams comply to ConvaTec’s Quality Systems
• Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Write reports on the project for management
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
