About the role:
The purpose – Maintenance System Local Implementation Leader is responsible to support the local implementation of the CMMS, Data collection and sifting, import/export and provide support to local users during the implementation and go-live process.

The scope – Identify and track the critical data needed during the site implementation phase. Candidate will bring technical knowledge of System/ Software implementation, techniques and processes. Uses knowledge, data and experiences to evaluate solutions and provide recommendations.

Serve as the single point of contact to Local Maintenance team (Facility/Business Units) for all CMMS users related questions, support issues, and requirements. Ability to partner with cross-functional team members to define reporting requirements and provide the leadership on Maintenance System.

The successful candidate will be trained to CMMS Implementations experience, knowledge and skills.


Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Local lead for the implementation of a CMMS/EAM; direct work with the Global CMMS - Asset Management Manager and Local users (PM planners, CVT-MEx Leads and Maintenance Managers) to implement system best practices
• Collect information (i.e. master data, manuals, drawing, photos, procedures) in preparation to develop/update any documentation and guarantee the right entry of master information from any source to the new CMMS
• Sift data that should be migrated to the CMMS and maintain the information in the local site accurate and updated
• Establish a teamwork with local SMEs to develop common maintenance task descriptions and completion intervals in order to make them uniform throughout the Network
• Develop common naming regimen and abbreviations for infrastructure equipment and systems (Universal system used in ConvaTec). Make the CMMS inventory module available
• Train new engineers and personnel on the CMMS system; Support the account team users with general questions and other systems support requests. Provide initial and on-going support
• Develop or coordinate training topics and track completion of training for each local SMEs
• Understand all new system enhancements and internal releases. Understand the overall business process and how accuracy of data is essential
• Develop an action tracker for monitoring CMMS implementation progress monthly, coordinate review of open actions, issues or updates with the Maintenance Engineers and the Global CMMS/EAM Manager
• To be the first support level during the CMMS's implementation and after Go-Live

BS Engineering - (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Associate degree in Information System or related fields – Required

• Proficient with Microsoft Project and other Office based applications
