About the role:
Continence and Critical Care (CCC) R&D Senior Engineer is a member of global CCC R&D team holding the responsibility for Process and Product development and project management located at ConvaTec Michalovce operations. He is an experienced professional with substantial knowledge about the CCC products.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Design and development of new processes, systems and process components including prototypes,
• Continuous Improvement of New Product Development processes, systems and process components,
•Development of process specifications for new products and improved processes/products, ensuring the accurate completion of the required documentation to ensure transition of processes and design from R&D to manufacturing,
• Design and development of new products / materials or improvement of existing products / materials in accordance with customer requests and in compliance with actual regulatory requirements following,
• Project leading to introduce new products or processes,
• Lead the growth team members with focus on project targets,
• Continuously improve processes conducted in R&D,
• Creates, reviews and approves R&D documents related to design control,
• Deputy of R&D Manager for design/change control matters,
• Supports in R&D related decision making for CAPA’s, Design Control, Change Control and other processes in R&D competence,
• Can understand and apply what standards are applicable for a CCC product or product family,
• Can use, understand and apply statistical techniques; has advanced statistical knowledge and can apply statistics in data sampling and data processing,
• Can work in SolidWorkd or another 3D CAD software (advantage),
• Can work in AutoCAD or another 2D CAD software (advantage).
