Technology / Process Engineer

This person is responsible in processes and technology area to support development and implementation of new processes related to IS (B2B) customers in the production unit. The primary objective is to ensure smooth running of projects and ensure technical –process support and ensure that IS requirements to processes are met and documented.

• Supporting & collaborating with all the departments to ensure implementation of the selected projects
• To conduct a process investigation, to recognize the inputs and outputs to the process by using a structured approach and tools such as process map, risk assessments, eg. FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, flow charts
• To process and understand a statistical data to support or reject various hypothesis
• Suggest/support, design and implement a various technical modifications related to machines
• Contributing to shop floor ‘events’ and problem solving activities to deliver required change
• Contributing to performance diagnostics and data gathering, analysis within the team
• Secure that processes are maintained following the objectives of the quality system and in compliance with our quality policy
• Handle Change Requests in controlled way always in compliance with Document Control, Education and Traceability requirements
• Changes thereof are made according to security and environmental instructions

Leading and participating in projects specifically focused to support IS growth projects and IS business risk projects:
• Participate in project pre-analyses for IS (B2B) customers e.g. give input in regards to capacity, investments, resources, timeline and risk profiles
• Review and comment on Customer product specifications (customers DMR) and other related customer requirements provided by IS Process Team in order to ensure these are clear and adoptable for implementation in production
• Provide input to customer quotations e.g. cost calculation, raw material costs etc. for IS projects
• Review and give input to Change Notification Forms (CNF) received from IS Process Team
• Prepare timeplanes for IS (growth and business risk ) projects, ensure its following by other team members and provide regular reporting of progress to customer
• Contribute to process validations as required in order of implementing voice of the customers
• Support in general on IS (B2B) customer requests
