Job description, responsibilities and duties

To ensure Complaints/ handling, to ensure the proper complaint processing acc - to valid SOPS, to suggest the corrective action to prevent the failure recurrence and the replying to the customer within the pre-defined time frames in accordance with the valid regulations and the company policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing complaints for the plant in compliance with the company procedures.
• To perform/support the activities within Product recall procedure.
• To direct the received unused samples to the relevant manufacturing unit and identify the appropriate test method to be used (for Michalovce complaints).
• To perform / support the trends on complaints
• To perform the analysis on monthly basic re KPI´s the complaints
• To support registration the complaint within TW system
• To perform traceability analysis based on quality documentation
• To identify the appropriate test method and ensure the samples testing
• To conduct the evaluation / investigation
• To perform root cause analysis of the complaint in cooperation with the employees within the company, to register within TW system
• To suggest the corrective actions based on the root cause analysis and ensure the effectiveness check including the relevant time frames for each activity, to register in TW system
• To ensure the final replying to the customers within the valid KPIs, active communication with the customer based on their needs.
• To evaluate trends in complaints in cooperation with Production, Customer Service, Sales and other functions within the organization.
• To prepare the regular reviews/trends/charts on the complaints based on management or customer requirements
• To initiate decisions on products in cooperation with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.
• To inform QA Manager on critical issues.
• To ensure preparation of the documentation to the authorities in accordance with regulations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Medical education is preferable

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- General Quality requirements for Drainage bags and catheters, Ostomy
- Complaint and CAPA handling procedures

- TM´s on Ostomy
