Head IT Operations

As a Head of IT Operations you will become a leader of a growing and dynamic entrepreneurial team (10-12 members) within start-up unit of our client, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and deliver IT Operations strategy in close alignment with the technology team as well as various business partners
- Ensure high degree of automation of continuous integration & continuous development pipeline
- Monitor and ensure availability, performance and security of our applications and take corrective actions to identify and handle incidents
- Evolve the team structure in line with business growth and ensure talent development across different roles
- Lead cloud oversight methodology in orchestration with Information Security, Compliance, Legal and Risk Management

- Flexible working time and flexibility to choose working hours from 6:00 hours to 22:00 hours, split the day or work from home (in agreement with the line manager)
