We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our client agile transformation and to:
- drive and support management and solution teams to develop towards an agile culture and help them with transformation towards an agile organization
- coach agile projects and act as scrum master for selected initiatives
- participate in agile communities on company level to ensure knowledge transfer
- spread the agile mindset by providing coaching and trainings sessions
- implement tailored agile delivery models jointly with the team and support them to continuously improve

- very good overview of state-of-the-art methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Lean)
- higher education in a technical or commercial field
- confident communication with all hierarchical levels
- fluent in English, CEE language is a plus
- willing to travel (Vienna)
