Head of IT Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager and PM Lead for Project Management Department focused on area of Business Intelligence & Corporate and Markets.

As a HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT you will be responsible for:
• leading, motivating, further development and project coaching/mentoring of 16-member Project Management Team
• assuring the correct implementation of PM standards, processes and needed quality aspects and their further enhancement
• participation in projects steering process and projects stakeholder management
• optimalization of resource allocation and acting as an internal single point of contact for resource related requests
• monitoring of international trends in project management, active participation and close interaction with other PM departments
