We are looking for enthusiastic Scrum Master to:
- guide the team on self-organizing to fully realise the potential of Agile/Scrum frameworks and build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis of problem solving
- You make sure the core values of the SCRUM methodology like the ceremonies and sprints are being held and used properly
- You coach the team in their agile journey and help them with their impediments
- assist with internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution using Agile/Scrum practices and values

- Agile methodologies knowledge
- experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team
- trained in applying Scrum principles, practices and Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, User Stories, handling bugs, etc.)
- Dealing with stakeholders (expectation definition, timeline definitions, process definitions, quality expectations, estimations etc., ... )
- Fluency in English (you will use it on daily basis)
- Willingness for occasional travel within Europe
- experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team
