Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our client´s data processing and analytics team. You will be building a scalable data pipeline that provides real-time insights into the behavior of users on their movie streaming platform. The ideal candidate has good software development skills, experience with building data systems and is eager to keep on learning about the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy and maintain robust and scalable processing infrastructure, such as message queues, databases and data processing clusters in the cloud.
- Write application logic that transforms web events into data views about different entities on our platform.
- Implement web services that provide the resulting data views to analytics dashboards.
- Setup monitoring of data pipelines to ensure high-availability.
