Job description, responsibilities and duties
Become a part of operations team within our client's IT department! This highly skilled team embraces specialists in 3 areas (databases, middleware/applications, operating systems).
Your role would involve:
* Research and resolve technical issues mainly focused on Automic business intelligence application
* Support Production and non-Production environments, including bug-fix responsibilities
* Perform technical migrations between environments
* Support HA & DR approach for all applications and required environments
* If appropriate cooperation with other teams when solving issues
* Maintain security architecture related to all the environments, includes detailing security, network and monitoring requirements
* Maintain documentation regarding environment specific configuration
* Ensure all proper change management and problem management processes are followed including identifying the overall architectural impacts when there are changes to the application environment
* Participate in infrastructure, database and application upgrades as appropriate
* Collaborating directly with client team members for day-to-day operational support, issue resolution & escalation
* Performance issue tracking
