System Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for an experienced specialist on system monitoring to join our clients team.

Your responsibilities:
- Architecture design and implementation of monitoring tools
- Monitoring System Administration in Enterprise/Production environment
- Usage of monitoring tools, such as Zabbix or similar, to oversee multiple IT systems and applications operating within a defined support operations area
- Running daily maintenance checks
- Working with Admin teams, SW development teams, app teams to develop, implement and review monitoring rules, notifications and alerts
- Participation on process related to the IT operations using monitoring systems
- Proactive recommendation of changes to the whole system monitoring world to enhance effectiveness and minimize impact on the production IT systems
- Able to create reports regarding systems availability
- Provide continuing training and review and/or development of related policies and procedures to other departments
- Trouble shooting, problem determination and implementing solutions and fixes for monitoring tool,
- Management of virtual Windows and Linux servers, ensuring system performance and availability, monitoring,
- Working pro-actively with development and support teams
- Adopting DevOPS culture - bring innovations in a real life, use automation to reduce manual repetitive work
