Internationally established management consulting company with approx. 250 employees is building new team in Bratislava.

In this role, you can help shaping the software development competences in Bratislava become part of a new success story. The job offers a wider range of challenging tasks in a dynamic and international working environment.
Focus will be on projects which are implementing a business process modelling software, and customization of the software for each client. In your role, you will be working with a a proprietary programming language. The language is closely related to Java, but can also easily be learned if you are familiar with any other object oriented language. As the team grows, we will also consider additional technologies and products, and if we identify potential, also develop own solutions for our clients.

Your Role:
- Agile software development, business analysis, solution design, and testing
- Implementation of new and maintenance of existing functionality
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality
- Travel might be required for education purposes or specific project activities
- Independent delivery of complex solutions
- Coaching of junior team members and active contribution to build-up of new team
- Coordination of project work streams
