Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for correct functionality of specified software solutions
- Focus especially on business requirement interpretation and analysis and contribution to testing and other development departments
- Acquire sufficient knowledge of software solutions in your responsibility in order to provide consultancy to users and suggest efficient solutions to requirements and issues
- Determine operational objectives by analyzing business functions and evaluating output requirements
- Act as the conduit between business requirements and IT (development …)
- Provide the business requirements specification and continuously improve workflows
- Identify problems and write improved procedures

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Dynamic personality with pro-active “can-do” attitude
- Very good communication skills
- Structural approach and analytical mind with “thinking out of the box”
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Experience in telco, banking or insurance area related to IT services
- University grade (ideally in economics, IT or mathematics)
- Customer orientation, ability to act independently on your own responsibility but being also a team player
- Experience with usage of databases and knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of XML
- Understanding of processes and experience in process modelling
- Experience with CRM, BRE or OMS is an advantage
