Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to our global growth we are searching for a new colleague that would help us with recruitment needs across organization.
We expect from you to be a self-driven, highly motivated, energetic and pro-active person that wants to become an asset of our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing Slovak as well as international candidates from internal and external databases, headhunting, active search on job boards and social networks like Linkedin and phone prescreening as well as arranging interviews with candidates.
We expect from you to have proven experience in recruitment, existing networking- recruiters from recruitment agencies are welcomed! You have a degree on bachelor level, speak fluent English and experience with MS-Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop/Set up recruiting process for the company tailored to its needs
• Conduct database searches, social network searches, market mapping, business research as required, to identify candidates to discuss open opportunities
• Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
• Design and Update the applicant tracking database with information from the applicant’s CV or resume
• Review applications and conduct phone-interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Advise applicants of the interviewing process and next steps, as required
• Liaise with the recruiters to ensure candidates are interviewed as agreed upon. Manage interview scheduling
• Attend job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with colleges, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants
• Prepare and distribute reports, put data into the system and maintain data on recruiting activities as required
• Implement personnel administration (employment, employment, employment changes) in order to ensure the timely and legally correct state of personnel administration and all related work.

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment field
• Experience with social media and direct sourcing
• Additional European language (Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Russian, Polish) is an advantage
• Strong customer focus and responsiveness
• Excellent telephone and computer skills
• Open to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers
• Demonstrate very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
