- has lenses competence – this is a must
- is interested in working at opticians´s located in stores
- is a team player and gets along with others
- has strong interpersonal and communication skills

- has positive attitude and goes above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with customers
- is keen on contributing to the development of the company
