United Call Centers Kft. is looking for talented individuals who want to become members of a young, dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Do you speak professional Slovak, Hungarian and English ? Are you empathetic and have good problem-solving skills? If the answers to these questions are YES, then we are looking for you!

Your tasks will be:

· Maintaining contact with customers, strengthening relationships with customers, maintaining customer satisfaction (in Slovak, Hungarian and in English)

· Professional customer service, call assistance and communication with customers via e-mail, chat and phone

What qualities are we looking for:

· C1 level Slovak, C1 level in Hungarian and C1 level English language

· Flexibility, accuracy, precision

· Outstanding communication skills and patience

· Great understanding of MS Office, technology acumen

· Able to cover aprox. 140 hours per month working in shifts
