Are you good at communication and negotiation?
We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Polish speaking team and take care of the customer located in Poland.

The position is suitable for junior applicants and the main responsibilities are:

Processing of the RFQ from the client
Procurement of goods and services
Contacting existing vendors
Tracking Purchase Orders and delivery
Payment management
Price and payment condition negotiation
Administration and purchasing order management

Information about the selection process

We are hiring for our client that has a branch in Kosice. There is a team consisting of 10 people.

The workplace is in Košice. There will be 2 weeks of intensive training done by colleagues.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Advanced (C1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

Even though the end client is in Poland you need to speak English as there will be communication with the international virtual team.

Basic finance knowledge (purchase order, invoice, etc.) is an advantage.
Standard computer (office) skills are required, experience with procurement is an advantage.
