Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are searching for suitable candidates to create a new team for our client: a leading IT service provider and consulting specialist for well-known, globally active customers.
With a team of experienced specialists, you will support the Windows-based system landscapes of the customers in the German market. You will take care of the installation, configuration, and administration of complex infrastructures and provide the 2nd/3rd level support. Thanks to the many years of experience that our client has, you will have the opportunity to carry out projects on your own with a high level of responsibility. This position requires spending two onboarding weeks in Germany.

• An experience appropriate to the position in the IT environment, especially in the second level
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Client/Server, SQL Server, Microsoft365)
• Preferably you have a valid Microsoft certification
• Knowledge of working with high-availability concepts and technologies
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server Administration
• Good knowledge of MS AD (active directory), DHCP, GPO, DNS, IIS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (mail server)
• Experience in virtualization (OS, desktop, app), backup & recovery as well as in the field of database integration processes – VMware, Hyper-V,
• Scripting in the DBA environment – PowerShell, Bash,
• High service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
• High degree of responsibility and analytical skills as well as commitment, team spirit, and commitment
• Good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
• Convincing communication skills and a confident appearance round off your profile
