Senior IT Service Specialist - monitoring

We are searching for Senior Analyst who will bring his experience and skills and help us building new team in Košice. This is a perfect opportunity for IT Specialists with drive and ideas.

Main responsibilities:

- installing and configuring self-service checkout devices into our internal monitoring systems
- continuously monitor the performance of those systems, devices and services
- when necessary, provide support and advice Solution Architects on the design of new services and solutions;
- implementation and transition of new service solutions in an efficient and effective manner with the emphasis on service excellence and successful first-time delivery
- building/designing, configuration and testing structure and operational models
- deployment of applications and architecture projects
- induction of the new team members
- documentation

- Annual bonus of 10% calculated on the basis of personal performance and company results - 25 days of annual leave
