Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Process Manager with fluent German language to empower the team.
In case you do not fit all the requirements, we will support you and train you, but you need to have at least technical thinking and you need to be structured, systematic, reliable and have since of order.
Your main tasks will include:
Preparation of annual maintenance planning
• Clarification of service management regarding maintenance needs
• Control of the combinability of activities with risk minimization
• Creating a schedule for the Service and the platform
• Coordination of schedule with Delivery teams
• Clarification of the Service to the customer and negotiation of deadlines
• Creation of a "change" for individual activities and entry in the annual plan
Reporting the occurrence of Major-Incidents and Major-Problems
• Detailed description of each case
• Create a dashboard report for all cases
• Compilation of defined measures and creation of a "tracking list"
• Presentation of results and identified cases
Compilation of the basis of KPI violations
• Create a violation list
• Verification of correctness
• Analysis of causes and creation of documentation for each violation
• Presentation and communication of each violation with the interested team
• Design and development of measures for sustainable solutions/prevention
• Creating a "tracking list" to monitor the status
Verification of the consistency of CMDB data storage
• Checking the completeness and authenticity of the CMDB content
• Verification of accuracy
• Analysis of causes and creation of measures for sustainable solutions
• Identification of process gaps and possible errors in automation
• Entering and monitoring repair orders for the responsible team
