Administration of Check_MK or similar tool
- Installation/Update of Check_MK/Nagios releases
- Manage user, roles and permissions
- Add, remove, modify hosts
- Set hosts/services in downtime
- Add /change thresholds on monitoring rules
- Implementation of predefined checks and plugins
- Implementation/Configuration of check notifications
- Working with dashboards/views
- Error analysis and bug fixing
- Build/Manage of NagVis Maps
- Performance tuning
Administration of monitoring agents
- Build/Deployment/Update of agents on Unix and Windows
- Script based Distribution of client configurations
Monitoring of customer environment
- Working with monitoring console
Reporting
- Supply of script based performance data for reporting purpose
Planning and Implementation of changes
