Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Onboarding on new MTP’s and supporting the project manager / SDM to complete the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) 
- Defining the service tier of the Service management and governance for each supplier
- Undertaking Customer Service Review to report on overall contracted delivery performance of the MTP’s including:
Delivery performance according to customer agreed Way of Working (WoW) including measured initiatives to improve if needed
Problem management
Change and release mgmt. notifications – if applicable o Continuous service improvement – if applicable
Escalation of non-performance
- Undertaking MTP Service Reviews in accordance with the customer agreed tiers and, should cover same elements as described above ad 3.
- Internal alignment with the:
Service desk manager/Delivery Operations Manager to assist with any MTP non-performance issues
Problems team to ensure MTP problems are being resolved and are reducing call volumes
Advising the DN change and release team of any MTP planned changes / releases
- Customer reporting for MTP Service
- Producing monthly reporting to support the local invoicing of the MTP service
- Ownership of SOP for MTP Services and regular updates
- Supporting the definition, improvement and documentation of DN supplier management processes.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

salary range starts at 1400 eur, it depends on your skills & previous experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization


Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- 5+ years experience in a customer facing/interacting position, preferably in ICT environments
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM framework is preferred 
- Intercultural skills, ability to mediate cultural and company differences
- Ability to mediate different objectives of stakeholders
- Solution oriented attitude and distinct resiliency
- Strong commercial acumen
- Business fluent in English
- Retail experience preferred
- Service Delivery Management experience preferred
- ITIL v3 Foundations minimum + higher level of ITIL Certifications
