We are looking for new colleague who will work as a procurement specialist in Košice,

You will take care about our foreign customers, your job description will consist of:
- Processing of the RFQ from client
- Procurement of goods and services
- Searching new vendors
- Tracking Purchase Orders and delivery
- Payment management
- Price and payment condition negotiation
- Administration and purchasing order management

Information about the selection process

We started new office for procurement in Slovakia and we are growing.

Workplace is in Košice. There will be training done by colleagues, you have to count with 1 weeks of business trip abroad on the beginning.

Job applicants without English and Hungarian and Slovak language will be rejected.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Intermediate (B1) and Czech - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Even though end client is in Hungary you need to speak English as there will be communication with international virtual team.

Basic finance knowledge (purchase order, invoice, etc.) is advantage.
Standard computer (office) skills are required, experience with procurement is an advantage.

Ability to travel for the training to France (Lyon) for one week.
