Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for technically skilled Team Lead (in case it's not clear from your resume you have serious technical working experience, describe it in your email). The best experience for us would be with Server OS administration (intermediate+ level) or experience with Messaging (Exchange, Lotus Notes)
Beside of technical background we are expecting you will have project experience, so you know Prince 2 (or other PM) methodology.
We need senior leadership skills (4 years+), ITIL knowledge is required as well as proven experience in matrix driven organization.
You must speak fluently English and you must have solid German language basics (you need to understand German).
