The Mission:
-Establish an E2E Test management for OMS-IP refactoring Project and long-term as established E2E Test management for the new System (OM-IP/RMK-IP)
-System Tests under DT-IT/GIP Responsibility
- E2E Tests under FMED (Fachsystemverantwortung) Responsibility/support IT
The Task:
We need to establish a Test Management function which cover Build & Run Phase of the OMS-IP Refactoring Project
- Current Build : Conceptional, Execute, Manage which includeConceptional Work , immediately execute what have been worked out and aligned in concepts, and Manage the whole Testing Chain till Operation of the new Systems
- Run:Manage
Manage the Test Management Function according to defined Process Role
