Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• ITSM Consultant is responsible for managing the ITSM processes as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management in accordance to company's methods based on ITIL best practices
• Executes the ITSM Management process tasks in line with global and local requirements
• To be proactive in identifying incidents and problems, perform analyses and recommend Service Improvement plans with the possible solutions obtained from technical teams
• Responsible for trend analysis within our complex environment
• Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
• Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvements
• Monitor and safeguard incident solutions in live environments
• Executes the Incident Management process tasks in line with global and local requirements
• Is responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of incidents according to SLAs
• Identifies trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis)
• Drive all problems towards root cause identification and permanent fix
• Is responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of Changes according to the defined process and policies
• Responsible for release management in accordance to company's methods
• Responsible for translation of technical documentation from German to English and vice versa
